Xiaomi has globally launched the Xiaomi 13T series, taking the spotlight at their Berlin event. While camera-oriented smartphones were the stars, the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro also debuted.

The Watch 2 Pro is an affordable, stylish smartwatch with notable features. It runs on Wear OS, integrating Google’s popular applications such as Google Wallet, Maps, and Google Assistant – a feature previously exclusive to Samsung and Google wearables.

Featuring a round 1.43″ AMOLED Display and stainless steel case, the Watch 2 Pro offers a rotatable crown and shortcut key for effortless navigation among its 20+ pre-installed watch faces.

Available in two styles, with Parisian hobnail bezel and strap color options, it exudes classic wristwatch charm. Unlike the Galaxy Watch 6, it comes in a single 46mm size. It boasts 5ATM water resistance for swimming but isn’t suitable for diving to 50 meters.

Out of the box, it runs Google Wear OS with access to over 200 apps via the Google Play Store. It also pairs seamlessly with Google Wallet, Maps, and Assistant. Remote photo capture works with select Xiaomi models.

With dual-band GNSS, the Watch 2 Pro offers accurate fitness tracking, analyzing over 150 sports modes. It monitors sleep quality and health data, including body fat, metabolic rate, and bone salinity, using bioelectrical impedance sensors. Heart rate and blood oxygen levels can also be tracked.

Battery life is impressive, up to 65 hours for the Bluetooth version and 55 hours for LTE. Powered by Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1, it has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage.

The Watch 2 Pro comes in two versions, e-SIM and Bluetooth-only, with prices starting at €329 ($348) and €269 ($284), respectively. It’s available in Europe but may not come to the US. The smartwatch features a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen, Always-on Display, Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip, dual-band GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and 5ATM water resistance. It weighs 54.5 grams without its strap and packs a 495mAh battery, with convenient charging via a two-pin magnetic charger. Running Wear OS by Google, it offers access to a wide range of third-party apps from the Google Play Store.
